Company Ethics. The phrase sounds like it should be an oxymoron in many businesses today. However, we take it very seriously. At Quantum Imagery, we're bound to two principles above all else: honesty, and trust.

What's that mean? This.

Honesty

In the end, being completely honest saves problems, and prevents conflicts. Moral concerns aside, it's simply a better way to communicate, and we'll hold to it.

If a project is running behind because the programming has been tough and frustrating, we'll tell you just that. You might find this level of truth a bit disorienting at first. But if you're like most of our clients, in time, this will become one of the aspects you'll appreciate most about working with us.

If you choose to have us subcontract for a larger job, please don't ask us to lie to your client. We won't. It's that important.

Trust

Trust is the key component in relationships, and business relationships are no exception. We will always assume that both parties are entering into an agreement with the utmost of intentions, and will follow through on that belief.

In keeping with that trust, we will protect the confidentiality of any information that you give us, and expect you to do likewise. Unless otherwise specified, we will treat any information or asset we receive as a trade secret, and will keep it safe as such.
